Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me! My name is Matthew Cobb, and I’ve been proudly serving the Colorado real estate market since 2006. Originally from Ohio, I relocated to Colorado in 2003 to embrace an active lifestyle and immediately fell in love with this beautiful state and all it has to offer.

As the founder and managing broker of Kenton Patrick and the founder of Colorado Estate Services and the Cobb Home Team, I have built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and results. My approach is rooted in personalized service, deep market expertise, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals—whether they’re buying, selling, or navigating the complexities of probate and estate sales.

I grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Denver in 2019, drawn by both the lifestyle and the opportunity to build a future in real estate. Shortly after arriving, I began investing and flipping properties on the side while working in the insurance tech industry, where I led a team of contract negotiators and relationship managers. The skills I honed in negotiation, creative problem-solving, and relationship building proved invaluable when I decided to go all in on real estate.

In 2023, I took the leap and became a full-time real estate professional. That same year, my dedication, strong work ethic, and results-driven approach earned me the Rookie of the Year award. Since then, I’ve closed nearly 30 transactions and just under $20 million in volume.

My work spans a wide range of specialties, from first-time homebuyers to luxury listings, land sales, and helping families navigate the probate process through Colorado Estate Services. No matter the situation, I take pride in guiding people through major transitions with a steady hand and a personalized approach.

Thanks to my background leading high-performing teams in tech sales, I also mentor and train new agents. I enjoy helping them build strong foundations in client service, negotiation, and business development.

With deep knowledge of Denver’s dynamic market and a passion for real estate investing, I am committed to helping my clients navigate buying, selling, and investing with confidence.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find me embracing the Colorado lifestyle—snowboarding, hiking, climbing, at a concert, or rafting at every opportunity.

Danilda is a visionary realtor, architect, and general contractor based in Denver. With over 20 years of experience, she brings a holistic perspective to real estate—blending her deep knowledge of design, construction, and market dynamics to help clients discover, create, and invest in spaces that truly inspire.

Her unique background allows her to see beyond the surface of a property, envisioning its full potential and guiding clients through every stage of the home journey—from purchase to transformation. Whether helping a family find their forever home or advising on investment opportunities, Danilda approaches every project with creativity, care, and a commitment to excellence.

Driven by her passion for design and her love of helping others, Danilda believes that every home should reflect the people who live in it—beautiful, functional, and full of meaning. As a mother, wife, entrepreneur, and community advocate, she leads with authenticity and purpose, striving to make a lasting impact—one home, one family, and one dream at a time.

Dahiana brings fresh energy, dedication, and a genuine desire to help every client achieve their real estate goals. As a newer agent on our team, she has stepped into a collaborative environment that’s built around experience, responsiveness, clear communication, and tailored service. She’ll be working alongside our lead broker, Matthew Cobb, and our full support network to guide buyers, sellers, and clients involved in estate and probate-related real estate transitions.

I grew up in Wisconsin and went to college in-state, earning my B.S. and M.S. in Engineering Mechanics & Astronautics from UW-Madison. My aerospace career has moved me across the country, from Huntsville and St. Louis to the Mojave and Florida’s Space Coast, before ultimately settling here in beautiful Denver with my wife, Lisa.

Moving to Denver in 2021 during the COVID housing frenzy sparked my interest in real estate. The abundance of market data quickly had me hooked and that curiosity led me to earn my real estate license. While I continue to work full-time in aerospace, I enjoy spending my free time exploring real estate as well as my other interests: chess, poker, snowboarding, and watching Wisconsin sports.
